WireCash is a money transfer marketplace. We allow you to send money online with the company of your choice! Search, compare, and select the best money transfer for you based on fee, exchange rate, delivery method, and more.

Who can send money?

WireCash and the services of our money transfer providers are currently available to all US residents with a US checking account.

Where can I send money to?

With WireCash and our money transfer providers you can currently send money online to 50 countries! Check if we send money to your country of choice. If not, check back soon as we continue to add new countries and money transfer providers.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently you can send money with your US checking account. We will soon be adding the capability to send money with your credit card or debit card.

How much does it cost to send money?

Fees are as low as $2.99! The cost to send money will vary based on your country of choice and other factors. Our goal is to give you multiple money transfer options so you can make the best decision for you.

How does my recipient receieve the money?

Your recipient will get the money based on the method you choose. For each money transfer provider and country there are different choices. The options include cash pick-up, bank account deposit, home delivery, and transfer to a mobile phone.

How much money can I send with WireCash?

For the first month, new customers are only be permitted to send $500. Afterward, you may send a maximum of $2,999 per day and $9,999 per month.

What are the cash pickup requirements?

Requirements are different based on the country of your recipient and your selected money transfer provider. However, recipients should be prepared to present at least one form of identification and the Delivery Number given when the money transfer was approved.

Can I send money to multiple recipients?

Yes!

In what currency does my recipient get the money?

Funds will be received in local currency or US dollars, depending on the payout location selected.

Why can't my recipient pick up the money?

First, please confirm that your money transfer has been processed and the funds are available in your My Account. If your recipient is having difficult picking up the money please contact your selected money transfer provider. Their information is available in your confirmation email and on your receipt.

We do everything we can to have your funds sent to your recipient as fast as possible. Occasionally, some events may affect the speed of service, including:

  1. Approval by our technology system: ensures the security of all your information.
  2. Hours of operations/holidays: Our partners, payers, and banks are around the world and may not be available when your transaction is sent for processing.
  3. Unforeseen obstacles in the receiving country.
  4. Availability of funds from your selected payment account.
